Products are not active immediately after completing the Upload process. Content must be approved by our administrators and is generally approved within 4 hours however may take up to 24 hours during peak times, week-ends and holidays. We curate the repository to maintain high level of content.

Why do you curate the repository ?

Repositories of 3D files are a new business, but we have 20 years previous experience in managing stock photography repositories. We know that a good repository must be curated.

Why is 3D File licensing important?

Creative content is protected by international copyright law. Therefore, the rights of the 3D File owner, as well as the rights of the models and properties appearing in the 3D Files are protected. Whenever buying a 3D File / Object from our website, you actually buy a license to use the 3D File, and this license describes how the 3D File can or cannot be used.

What licensing options do you offer?
All our 3D Files are royalty-free.

What does "Royalty Free" mean?
The term "royalty-free" does not mean that the 3D Files are free of charge. The word "free" in this context means that noncommercial buyer does not need to pay royalties each time he uses a 3D File. In simple words, after paying a one-time fee, noncommercial buyer is allowed to use the 3D File multiple times with no time limit.

What are prohibited uses of a royalty-free 3D File?
Each royalty-free License Agreement has a detailed a list of permitted and prohibited 3D File uses. Some common prohibited uses are: transferring or distributing the rights of a 3D File, using a 3D File in a downloadable format that is intended for multiple distribution, and using a 3D File in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene, fraudulent or illegal. We highly encourage you to research the terms of the license agreement to make sure that these include the rights that you desire for your project.

Where can I find the license agreement of the 3D File that I am about to purchase?
We are 3D Files stock distributors, and we distribute 3D Files from 3d designers and engineers and manufacturers. For your convenience, you can access the license agreements that are relevant to your purchase, directly from your shopping cart by clicking on the "License Agreement" links.

What is an Extended License?
A term used by stock photo agencies to allow 3D Files to be used in more applications than normally allowed by the regular End User License Agreement. Usually you will need an extended license to resell a derivative product of a 3D File. Extended licenses cost more than standard royalty free licenses. You need to contact us to negotiate price for such extended use.

What payment methods can I use?
Payments can be made using most major credit cards or using a PayPal account.

Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to complete a purchase?
No. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. If you would like to make a payment using a credit card, simply select the "Pay with a debit or credit card" option on the PayPal screen.

Is my credit card information safe?
PayPal securely processes payments for Kazzata  so we do not collect or store your credit card information. PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay online.

How can I open a business account?
